Maple Syrup Carrots recipe

An incredibly simple side dish that is bursting with sweet-and-savory flavors, this carrot salad can be whipped up in just minutes, making any dinner a special occasion. Crisp-tender carrots and sweet maple syrup are tossed together to create a mouthwatering dish perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients List:

1 ½ c. sliced carrots
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/8 tsp dried tarragon


1. Place 1-inch of water in a medium saucepan. Add carrots and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until just tender but still crisp. Drain, and set aside.

2. Transfer carrots to large bowl. Add syrup and tarragon, and toss to combine. Serve hot.
